The Seven Day Tour
This is the experience for the adventurer who can’t get enough. During our 7 days together, we will do daily tours starting from the husky farm, with the option of planning one overnight tour in one of our remote cottages. We exclusively drive in our own terrain and will travel across vast landscapes, in woods and up the mountains, before stopping at our daily destination where we will light a fire, cook coffee and enjoy the traditional Swedish „Fika“. At the end of each day, as we travel back to the husky farm, local cuisine will be served for dinner. Breakfast and lunches throughout the week are also included.
For accommodation, please choose between our two lodges: The Ylva and The Eric.
For this tour, we can accommodate a maximum of three participants, which will guarantee an exclusive experience for everyone.

Day-by-day
Day 1: Arrival. If you travel by plane, we will arrange for your pick-up at Östersund airport or train station. As you arrive at our huskyfarm, we want the four- and two-legged to get to know each other. Finally, over a cozy dinner we meet to talk about the week ahead.
Day 2: After a thorough briefing about dog sledding we will make a first sledge ride over lake Häggsjön and visit the cabins in Sörbodarna.
Day 3: Tour thought the Death Valley; traveling over the “old horse path” we reach the lower part of the “Myr” (open area). After crossing both lakes and forests we drive through the Death Valley, a place which earned its name due to its mystical dead trees.
Day 4: Tour Wall; To Lördagsmuren we come after an exciting drive over lakes, moor areas and thrilling forest sections. At Batjärn we take a longer break where we offer an opportunity to try ice fishing.
Day 5: Tour Buan; Kroktjärnboan is a wonderful tour across open fields and dense forests. We choose our own stops and have lunch out in the wilderness.
Day 6: Tour Lilla Bakvattnet; this is our panorama tour. This amazing run brings us to the edge of a private island where we have lunch in a small cottage after heading back to the farm.
Day 7: Last day. In the early morning, we will wake you up with an early breakfast, as the time has come to say goodbye to your loyalty dog team. If you traveled by plane or train, we will arrange for transportation to the airport or train station.
